The Annex
The mission of the Annex is to provide students in grades 6-12 with a supervised, dedicated after school space that complements the services of the Peninsula Center Library and of Freedom4U programs. It is located in RHE.

School Based Counseling
The burden of family and personal problems can seriously affect a student's ability to concentrate on academics. Our on-campus counselors provide at-risk children with direct access to meaningful and confidential guidance when and where they need it most. Check with us, if we are at your school

WiseGuys & GirlWise
How to Gain Self-Respect, Confidence and Control. Boys and Girls attend seperate group sessions moderated by trained professions. Learn how the pressures of growing up can be dealt with effectively. Bullying, Street Smarts, Setting and achieving goals.

Changes Life Skills Groups
The Freedom4U Changes Groups support and teach life skills to teens and parents. The Changes Groups uses evidenced-based material, peer mentors, healthy activities and service learning to guide teens and parents toward healthy coping skills.

Youth Leadership & Peer Mentoring
“I want to make a place were the kids feel they belong” says high school leader Michelle Frost, “they deserve a place where they have friends and feel welcome, especially at this age.” Many high schoolers are involved in Peer mentoring middle school students.
